📍 Moscow / remote / hybrid Accredited product IT company creating solutions for the largest FMCG manufacturers

Income: 450,000–700,000 ₽ net + annual KPI bonus Employment: full-time, 5/2

Responsibilities: • Forming technical strategy, managing architecture, infrastructure, and stack • Leading development, DevOps, ML, system analysis, integrations, and QA • Managing a team of 25+ employees and heads of departments • Scaling the technical unit, hiring and developing specialists • Monitoring deadlines, releases, technical debt, and sprint efficiency • Developing Agile/Scrum and ensuring system stability and availability • Budget management, interaction with business, product, and clients

Stack: Go, Python, React, Vue.js, Flutter, Kotlin Multiplatform, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, Elasticsearch, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Jira, Confluence

Our ideal candidate: • CTO / Technical Director / Head of Development experience of 5+ years • Experience managing product development and teams of 50+ FTE • Strong technical and architectural background • Experience developing high-load web and mobile products • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and the full development cycle • Willingness to personally dive into critical technical issues • Experience with ML/AI is a plus
