Friends, we are looking for a tech lead and architect for a Greenfield project — we are building a high-load web platform from scratch (procurement sphere, regulatory framework 44/223-FZ). Tier III infrastructure, serious requirements for information security, audit, and fault tolerance.

Tech Stack:

Java (main production), Go (high-load component), React (frontend), PostgreSQL. We are actively implementing AI/ML (inference services, orchestration).

Responsibilities:

• Design the target architecture of the new platform from scratch: domains, services, integrations, scaling model. • Define MVP boundaries and lay down architectural invariants for further development. • Design the integration component with neural network models (computation isolation, SLA control). • Make key decisions on the tech stack and patterns, conduct code reviews, foster engineering culture. • Interact with Information Security / DevSecOps, incorporating security requirements at the design stage. • Form a team after the completion of the architectural and analytical phase.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of commercial backend development, including 2+ years as a Tech Lead / Solution Architect on HighLoad projects. • Excellent knowledge of Java and solid experience in designing distributed systems (queues, caches, scaling). • Experience with Go (or strong expertise in HighLoad and readiness to own the Go component). • Understanding of frontend architecture (interaction with React) and principles of embedding AI/ML into industrial information systems. • Ability to design an MVP as an architecturally correct core, not a temporary solution. • Experience in projects with information security and certification requirements will be a huge plus.

Work Conditions:

Format: Office in Moscow (metro stations: Kievskaya or Frunzenskaya, 5/2, 09:00-18:00 or 10:00-19:00). After the probation period — 1 day remote per week. Employment: strictly according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. Salary level: from 400,000 ₽ to 500,000 ₽ net (payments twice a month). Bonuses: IT accreditation, provision of equipment, access to AI services, training, career growth opportunities. Salary review is available informally.
