☑️Your tasks: -Selection of technology stack and definition of tools for implementing specific tasks -Designing the architecture of systems and services, ensuring their scalability and reliability -Development and implementation of new approaches, coding standards, and best practices -Control of technical debt: finding a balance between quick solutions and quality development

☑️We expect from you: -Experience in successful implementation of complex projects from scratch (experience with government projects will be a plus) -Deep knowledge of the core Java technology stack, experience in writing clean code and system design -Proficiency in CI/CD, version control systems (Git), task trackers (Jira, Yandex Tracker) -Ability to review colleagues' code, identify logical errors, and train the team in development standards -Ability to translate business goals into technical tasks
