IT company X5 Tech (X5 Group) is looking for a CTO for its communications platform.
The goal is to create and develop an OS platform across the entire X5 Group of companies. The team consists of about 70 people (4 sub-teams).
X5 Group is a Russian retail company managing the "Pyaterochka", "Perekrestok", and "Chizhik" grocery store chains, as well as digital services "Vprok.ru Perekrestok", 5Post, "Mnogo Lososya", and the Food.ru media platform.
X5 Tech is an IT company and the main digital partner for X5 Group's retail chains and businesses. A team of over 5000 specialists develops solutions that help the group's 372,000 employees work with maximum technological comfort and millions of customers buy fresh products quickly and conveniently.
Responsibilities:
- Increase the loyalty of actual and potential customers at all touchpoints with the company by quickly responding to customer inquiries (any type of complaint/compliment).
- Increase consumer NPS by improving service quality and customer communications.
- Minimize reputational risks from negative publications on social media/messengers, etc.
What we expect from the candidate:
- Experience managing a team of 60+ people.
- Experience as a CTO of platform solutions, knowledge of product management processes.
- Ability to work with high-load systems, scale them for large volumes of data and users.
