IT company Tennis Ecosystem is looking for a CTO.

The team is creating the first digital ecosystem for all of Russian tennis with planned further international expansion. The multifaceted functionality allows it to cover everyone — from people who are just planning to start playing tennis, including professional tennis players and world tennis stars. Currently, there are no analogues of this system in the world.

The company has a small team where everyone is part of the overall success and a team member, not just an "employee." You will have the opportunity to communicate directly with the project founders and propose your ideas and initiatives. The first stage is already launched on the web: the system is operating in real-time and has over 25,000 users. Currently, the team is actively developing the functionality.

What needs to be done:

• Select and interview developers
• Set tasks and monitor their deadlines
• Coordinate the work of the development team
• Make architectural decisions
• Lead the development of new functional modules
• Be able to write clean code
• Find problematic issues in the code and fix them
• Maintain a high level of code quality

What is expected from a team member:

• Commercial development experience of 5+ years
• Team management experience of 3+ years
• Confident knowledge of Swift (5+ years of experience)
• Confident knowledge of Kotlin (5+ years of experience)
• Work experience with Vue.js 2/3 (3-5 years of experience)
• Knowledge of PHP — desirable
• Ability to write clean code independently
• Practical experience in refactoring large projects
• Excellent communication skills
