We create applications, services, and information systems: over 25 years of experience – 1000 projects in Russia and other countries. We are among the TOP-9 digital contractors for government structures in Russia.
We need a tech lead for a cross-functional development team. We are looking for a strong engineer with management experience who is ready to write code, make technical decisions, and develop the team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- decomposing tasks and distributing them within a team of 6–8 people (developers, analysts, testers)
- monitoring task completion deadlines and the quality of the team's work results
- defining the architecture and technology stack for new projects and tasks
- writing code, conducting code reviews, and helping the team make technical decisions
- developing the team, helping engineers grow, sharing expertise, and fostering an engineering culture
- participating in team formation and conducting interviews
- conducting onboarding of new employees together with HR
- providing feedback and monitoring the team climate
We expect you to have:
- at least one year of experience managing a development team
- primarily be an engineer and be ready to write code independently
- solid experience developing in PHP or C#
- no fear of working with legacy code
- readiness to make technical decisions and participate in architecture design
- the ability to establish development processes
