We operate as a full-service agency, combining several key tools:
- Integrated marketing campaigns and special projects at the intersection of various digital tools involving bloggers and stars
- Creative hub: development of creative concepts and any content formats
- Production: design, visual identity development, as well as video production of any format
- PR: celebrity PR, corporate PR, brand PR, as well as music PR
- Production center: advertising with celebrities and stars, influencer consulting
Our IT team is looking for a strong TechLead who will lead the development of an internal CRM system for managing advertising projects!
Our stack:
- Backend: Python, Django, PostgreSQL
- Frontend: TypeScript, React
- DevOps: Docker Swarm
- Processes: Yandex Tracker, YouTrack, Confluence
Responsibilities:
- Manage the development of an internal product, where 50% of the time will be spent managing the team, and 50% writing code (backend and frontend);
- Design the system architecture and select development technologies;
- Lead the team: mentoring, task decomposition and control of their implementation, conducting code reviews;
- Interact with key internal clients (advertising department, back office);
What we expect from the candidate:
- 3–5+ years in development, of which 1–2 years in the role of leading developer / team lead / senior engineer;
- Full-stack or strong backend with a good understanding of frontend (or vice versa, but with the readiness and competence to review both parts);
- Understanding of the full software development lifecycle – from requirements gathering to release and support;
- DevOps skills: CI/CD, deployment, containers, environments, basic monitoring;
- Excellent communication skills, ability to build effective communication between development and business units;
