In Magnit OMNI, they are looking for a Team Lead (AdTech direction).
They are currently forming a new mobile AI-first team for the AdTech division, which is a contour of Magnit OMNI. The team will work in an accelerated development and operational delivery mode, will handle tasks for fast projects, and will close important initiatives that do not fit into any other team. Technology stack: Go, Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL, Clickhouse.
What you will do:
- Independently lead projects from idea to production within tight deadlines
- Generate code using LLMs, review generated solutions, write and maintain End-to-End tests
- Engage in architectural design of solutions, select tools, ensure code quality (Go)
- Coordinate 2–3 developers, distribute tasks, mentor, and if necessary, temporarily involve resources from other teams
- Make decisions about priorities and functionality within the scope of the assigned task without a product manager
Candidate expectations:
- Experience leading a strong team (3–5 people) with proven achievements
- Deep knowledge of Golang. Experience in writing and reviewing code
- Experience working with AI tools in the development cycle. Understanding how to effectively prompt, validate, and integrate AI-generated code
- Strong Lead level. Ability to work autonomously and take full responsibility for results
- Ability to close the full development cycle (code + tests + deployment), strong product thinking
