⭐ A major telecommunications company is looking for a Lead Golang Developer (senior, team lead) to strengthen their HighLoad DSP project (15+ billion requests (RPS) daily).

- The company is IT accredited (full social package + VHI).

- There is only one interview stage with company representatives (Lead Developer and CTO).

🕵️ We are looking for a Senior+ with 5+ years of experience: specifically, 4 years of recent experience in GO, and previous experience only in C++, Java, or C#.
📟 Tech Stack (mandatory): Go, Redis.
Kafka, Postgres, Redis lake storage, Linux, MongoDB, pipeline and data lake construction.
Understanding of web technologies and experience with traffic is important. Creation of new optimal design algorithms and development of the system and product direction.
➕ **Will be a serious advantage over other candidates,
- if you know:** ClickHouse, Aerospike, SkyllaDB, Apache Cassandra, have worked in the advertising domain and with programmatic advertising.
2. and have worked/are working: in Bigtech, marketplaces, and adtech departments.

- SSP/DSP support;
- Team code-review;

🎖️Requirements:
- Experience in commercial GO development — from 4-5 years;
- Good knowledge of SQL/NoSQL;
- Real mentoring experience (training junior developers);
- Good knowledge of web technologies;
- Experience with Git at an advanced user level.
➕ Bonus points:
- Experience with RTB (bidder, auction) and with ClickHouse, Aerospike, SkyllaDB, Apache Cassandra;
- Experience with high-load projects (from 20K-30K RPS per second);
- Informal management experience;
- Technical English;
- Understanding of network protocols;
- Experience with video, advertising, or analytical systems.
