Senior Golang Developer
Remote | 400 - 500 thousand rubles net
⭐️ The team of a large telecommunications company is looking for a Senior Golang Developer (senior, team lead) to strengthen a HighLoad DSP project (15+ billion requests (RPS) daily).
🔥 Important about the company:
- The company is IT accredited (full social package + VHI).
- You can work remotely from Russia, and there is an office in Moscow if desired.
- Only one interview stage with company representatives (Lead Developer and Tech. Dir.).
💎 Salary 400-500 thousand rubles net. We can consider a higher salary if your level is above the one stated in the vacancy.
🕵️ We are looking for a Senior + with 5+ years of experience: it is mandatory to have 4 years of recent experience in GO, and the rest of the earlier experience only in C++, java, or C#.
📟 Stack (mandatory): Go, Redis .
Kafka, Postgres, Redis lake storage, Linux, MongoDB, building pipelines and data lakes.
Important: understanding of web technologies and experience with traffic. Creating new optimal design algorithms and developing the system and product direction.
➕ It will be a serious advantage over other candidates,
- if you know: ClickHouse, Aerospike, SkyllaDB, Apache Cassandra, have worked in the advertising domain and with programmatic advertisement.
- and work(ed): in Bigtech, marketplaces, and adtech departments.
🤝 We will only consider candidates with real experience in Highload (at least 10K-20K RPS per second under standard load).
📋 Responsibilities:
- Support of SSP/DSP;
- Team code review;
- Active participation in choosing necessary technologies;
- Documentation of created software.
🎖️Requirements:
- Commercial development experience in GO — 4-5+ years;
- Good knowledge of SQL/NoSQL;
- Real mentoring experience (training programmers of a lower level);
- Good knowledge of web technologies;
- Experience working with Git at an advanced user level.
➕ Will be a plus:
- Real work experience with RTB (bidder, auction) and with ClickHouse, Aerospike, SkyllaDB, Apache Cassandra;
- Experience with high-load projects (from 20K-30K RPS per second);
- Informal management experience;
- Technical English;
- Understanding of network protocols;
- Experience with video, advertising, or analytical systems.
🍪 Conditions:
- Full remote work, there are offices in Moscow if you wish to work in the office or hybrid;
- Work schedule 5/2 from 9 to 18 or from 10 to 19 Moscow time;
- No time tracking;
- Work from any city in Russia, the main thing is to follow Moscow time schedule;
- Employment only under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
- There is an annual bonus: 8.3% of annual income.
