Lead Golang Developer

Company: Centicore Work format: remote within Russia Salary: 350,000 RUB Project: Telephony

The team expects you to have:

• Commercial Go development experience of 2-3 years or more.
• Deep understanding of concurrency: goroutines, channels, sync, context.
• Solid command of the standard library, experience with net/http, gRPC, REST.
• Knowledge of API design principles and microservice architecture.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL): schema design, query optimization, transactions.
• Experience with Redis (caching, queues) and understanding of message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ/NATS).
• Docker and service containerization.
• CI/CD setup skills (GitLab CI/GitHub Actions).
• Solid command of Linux and diagnostic skills.
• Code coverage with tests (unit, integration), code review experience, Git proficiency.
• Understanding of design patterns and SOLID principles.
• Experience with Kubernetes is desirable.
• Independence, ability to decompose tasks.
• Communication within a cross-functional team.
• Willingness to learn this domain area during work is considered a sufficient alternative to ready-made experience.

Will be a plus:

• Domain knowledge in telephony and contact centers
• Understanding of the SIP protocol (INVITE, REGISTER, dialogues, sessions).
• Knowledge of RTP/RTCP, media streams, and codecs (G.711, Opus, etc.).
• Experience with FreeSWITCH: configuration, dialplan, ESL (Event Socket Library).
• Understanding of contact center architecture (IVR, ACD, call routing, queues).
• Experience with integration of SIP trunks and telecom equipment.
• Understanding of contact center metrics (SLA, AHT, occupancy).
• Familiarity with WebRTC.
