Deputy Technical Director (Custom Development)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing development teams
• Participating in code review and developer performance evaluation
• Participating in recruitment and employee development
• Developing architecture and technical components of projects
• Participating in technical presales

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Required work experience: over 5 years
• Experience in custom development
• Experience managing a development team
• Practical experience in application development using Python and/or PHP
• Experience in teamwork with specialists from related departments
