Looking for a Head of Frontend Development for a product IT company

Format: hybrid, Moscow Employment: full-time, Labor Code of the Russian Federation

Responsibilities: — Lead the frontend team; — Be responsible for deadlines, quality, and engineering processes; — Develop architecture and technical practices; — Hire and develop employees; — Stay hands-on and get involved in key technical tasks; — Communicate with the business.

What we expect: — 7+ years of experience in frontend development and 3+ years in management; — Experience managing a team of 10+ developers; — Strong expertise in JavaScript and willingness to work with a framework-agnostic codebase; — Participation in architecture and readiness to write code if necessary; — Experience creating complex adaptive interfaces; — Experience in hiring, mentoring, and developing employees.
