What you will do: • Manage a development and outstaffing block of 300+ employees • Be responsible for P&L, margin, and project economics • Build a transparent system for managing development production and efficiency metrics • Formulate and implement the strategy for the division's development

Important: ✔ Experience managing development of 100+ people ✔ Experience as a Director of Development / CTO ✔ Experience in custom development, IT integration, or large-scale service business ✔ Strong expertise in managing development production ✔ Practical experience in P&L management, budgeting, and financial indicators ✔ Understanding of project business economics ✔ Experience in creating and launching products to market
