Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-functional development team (backend, frontend, mobile, with an emphasis on the latter)
- Formulate the technical direction of the team and make architectural decisions
- Be responsible for product quality: reliability, performance, stability under load
- Develop engineers: setting goals, competency growth, regular feedback
- Manage the backlog and task prioritization in collaboration with the product manager
- Communicate technical limitations and opportunities to business and stakeholders
- Participate in hiring and team formation
Requirements
- Mobile developer background
- Development team management experience of two to three years
- Experience in making architectural decisions
- Ability to work at the intersection of technology, product, and business
- Skills in establishing processes within the team

- Android development experience
- Desire to influence the product and the development of the direction beyond your team
