Team Lead Android for the Speed Team
About the team:
Leading the Avito-android CI team. Leading a team of experienced engineers to maintain development tools and ensure the build of Avito for Android.
You will be responsible for:
- Building Avito for Android quickly and stably, reducing time to market;
- Developing and maintaining CI/CD infrastructure in k8s;
- Ensuring test runs for PRs and releases;
- Achieving good build system observability, constantly working on improvements;
- Improving the Developer Experience for Android developers in the company, communicating with them, learning, understanding, and fixing their pains and problems.
We expect you to:
- Have experience developing Android applications and understand how the app and OS work;
- Understand Android application build processes;
- Have experience working with CI/CD;
- Know from your own experience why tests are needed.
