Project description: • Core.DeviceData — a team of high-grade engineers working at the intersection of R&D and product development. Development and support of modular libraries, design of public APIs, versioning, release automation. Work with deep knowledge of the Android platform, multithreading, networking, caching, and data storage.

Tasks • Development and support of infrastructure solutions • Design of modular libraries with public APIs and versioning. • Work with the Android platform: runtime, multithreading, system limitations. • Setting up CI/CD pipelines, automating library releases. • Participation in R&D research, conducting experiments and technical POCs.

Requirements • RF citizenship • Completed higher education • No vacation planned for the next 3 months • Android development experience of 5+ years (deep understanding of the platform and ecosystem) • SDK/library development experience of 2+ years (public APIs, versioning, backward compatibility) • Deep knowledge of Kotlin (Value/Reference types, closures, generics, memory management) • Expert knowledge of the mobile platform (runtime, system limitations, multithreading) • Experience in designing modular libraries • Advanced experience with CI/CD & Git (GitLab, pipelines, library release automation) • Skills in writing Unit tests for libraries • Advanced experience with networking, caching, data storage • Project management (architectural decisions, POC, technical research) • Cross-platform experience (working with iOS/Android/Web teams) (plus) • R&D experience (conducting experiments, selecting approaches, benchmarking) (plus)
