About the company A large product IT company.
Tasks: • Leading a B2B services development team. • Developing engineering processes and reducing Time-to-Market. • Ensuring the quality, stability, and speed of change delivery. • Managing technical debt and developing solution architecture. • Sprint planning and interaction with the Product Manager. • Team development: conducting 1-1s, onboarding, and supporting engineering culture.
We are looking for you if: • You have experience managing a development team. • More than 3 years of commercial development in Python. • You have worked with FastAPI, Django, Flask, Sanic, or similar frameworks. • You have experience with GitLab CI/CD, Agile/Scrum, and high-load systems. • You are familiar with DORA metrics, monitoring/observability (Grafana, etc.). • You possess strong leadership and communication skills.
