☑️ Responsibilities -Implementation of the development strategy in the team -Act as a Team Lead of development for the project, as well as further development and support of the system -Work in a large team of specialists: developers, analysts, testers, product owners -Interact with contractors and project clients -Manage the development team from a technical perspective: decompose and assign tasks to developers, monitor the implementation of solutions, conduct code reviews, manage the order of work execution -Develop and recruit employees, conduct 1x1 meetings, support employee initiatives in implementing best development practices -Our stack: Python, Go, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, Clickhouse, Docker, Kubernetes

☑️ Requirements for candidates -Experience managing cross-functional development teams -Deep understanding of the IT project lifecycle -Developed soft skills and the ability to effectively interact with the team and adjacent departments -Ability to analyze risks and develop strategies for their minimization -Understanding of information security and data confidentiality principles -Experience in implementing high-load services -Experience in developing distributed systems (microservices, message queues, caching) -Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs -Skill in designing databases, isolation, and transactions in PostgreSQL -Understanding of the main design patterns for complex applications with a large codebase -Task distribution and monitoring of their deadlines -Skills in using project management tools -Good understanding of scrum processes, experience in configuring and fine-tuning them -Collection and analysis of requirements from clients and internal teams -Ability to substitute any of the developers in case of a critical situation

Will be a plus: -Experience as a full-stack developer (ideally Python and React) -Experience with Kubernetes, Docker
