The platform is just over a year and a half old — many technical solutions are yet to be formed. 4️⃣ Engineering work alongside leadership. The role includes designing, discussing solutions, and participating in development.
Stack: Go, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, and cloud infrastructure.
▫️ Lead a development team: help engineers make decisions and bring tasks to launch. ▫️ Together with the product manager and the team, define priorities, evaluate initiatives, and plan development. ▫️ Develop the product architecture and be responsible for the quality of technical solutions. ▫️ Maintain service reliability and balance feature development with technical improvements. ▫️ Participate in development and help the team solve complex engineering tasks.
✔️ Has led a development team and can share how they helped it achieve results. ✔️ Has independently designed, launched, and supported backend services. ✔️ Can compare technical solutions and explain their advantages, limitations, and maintenance costs. ✔️ Discusses product tasks with colleagues, proposes options, and helps agree on priorities. ✔️ Is ready to develop in Go.
