☑️ Responsibilities
- Own the feature delivery process: from technical elaboration to production release
- Collaborate with Product and Business on prioritization and finding optimal solutions
- Increase development speed and predictability: reduce time-to-market, improve delivery processes
- Make architectural and engineering decisions that help the product scale
- Design and develop backend architecture, APIs, and integrations
- Participate in complex technical solutions and help the team find effective compromises
- Plan team's work, decompose tasks, and help achieve sprint goals, conduct code reviews
- Use modern AI tools to accelerate development and improve quality
- Implement practices for effective AI utilization in team engineering processes
☑️ Candidate Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Tech Lead / Team Lead (priority)
- 3+ years of commercial development in Python
- Experience managing an engineering team and responsibility for delivery
- Understanding of modern backend architectures: microservices, REST, queues, caching
- Experience with PostgreSQL
- Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Understanding of CI/CD and modern software delivery approaches
- Experience using AI tools in development
- Ability to make technical decisions considering business constraints
- Ability to build development processes and scale the team
- Will be a plus:
- Experience developing in Go
- Experience with Kafka
- Experience with ClickHouse
- Experience scaling high-load systems
- Knowledge of frontend development (TypeScript/JavaScript, React/Vue/Angular)
- Experience building DevOps/SecOps practices
- Understanding of LLM inference and AI service integration
