Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams "Navigation" (1 iOS, 1 Android, 3 FE, 3 BE, 2 QA) / "Recommendations" (1 iOS, 1 Android, 1 FE, 2 BE, 2 MLE, 2 QA):
- Set goals
- Be responsible for delivery and goal achievement
- Make architectural decisions
- Grow the team
Team's area of responsibility includes sections with showcases, author page (person), book page (+ subpages for reviews/read online/quotes)
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Python/iOS/Android/MLE development;
- 1+ year of experience managing a cross-functional team;
- experience in designing complex applications and their support;
- experience in a good engineering culture – you know how to assess the effectiveness of an employee and the team;
- product approach – you monitor product metrics and understand why it's necessary.
