Seeking Team Leads at Tripster!

Tripster is the largest tour service: 22,000+ tours in 800+ cities and 100+ countries, 6.5 million travelers.

We currently have several open Team Lead positions:

• in B2B (mine): platform for guides and partners — accounts, editors, pricing, promotion, integrations
• in B2C: website and app through which travelers find and book tours

Why this is interesting:

• Building Agentic SDLC: agents help at all stages of development, from specifications to tests and releases. The lead will be responsible for implementing this in their team
• Decomposing the monolith: moving towards event-driven architecture and domain services, and doing this in parallel with product development
• Autonomous cross-functional teams, feature-lead culture, and a platform team that assists with infrastructure and tools
• Decisions are data-driven: DORA, flow metrics, product and business indicators together
• Processes and roles are still being formed, so there's a real opportunity to influence how everything will be organized

Tech Stack: Python, Django, FastAPI, microservices, Vue 3 + TypeScript, Flutter, ML in search and recommendations

Who we are looking for: a team leader with a strong engineering background. Someone who understands architecture, knows how to work with people, and prefers to change things rather than maintain them.
