SERP (Search Engine Result Page)** – the search results page team that helps users choose the best flight. What does best mean? Cheapest? Direct flights? Visa-free? Only through a specific airport? SERP will answer these questions :)

How does it work? We strive to make our search the fastest flight search engine. – we improve search results, pricing, placement of ads, use ML models for sorting; – we redesign flight previews, reduce the number of precious clicks, and show all the most important information at once. We inform users about flight price changes and help them share this information conveniently; – we filter everything that can be filtered! we add categories and work on saving filters, we inform users about non-obvious ways to reach their destination; – we help users navigate through a lot of information about fares, baggage sizes and weights, and inform them about important travel changes.

How is the team structured? The team is cross-platform, with 20+ people, and it's divided into three areas: flight card (this is where we are looking for a Team Lead), search results, and hotels. We work using Scrum with two-week sprints, but we can adapt processes to specific tasks.

What needs to be done

• actively participate in the technical development of the product, propose new approaches, improve existing ones;
• evaluate and decompose tasks with the team, monitor their completion, help resolve issues and bottlenecks;
• be responsible for the quality of implemented solutions and their timely delivery;
• conduct 1-on-1s, provide regular feedback, and participate in team performance reviews;
• participate in hiring, conduct interviews.

What we expect from you

• a background in product backend development for at least five years;
• strong architectural skills;
• experience in managing cross-functional teams (8-10 people) for at least three years.
