☑️ Responsibilities
- 👥 Manage and develop a team (Backend, Frontend, Mobile (iOS/Android), QA):
- Conduct 1:1s, provide honest feedback, create development plans
- Set team and individual goals (OKR) and monitor their achievement
- Foster a healthy atmosphere, manage engagement, and resolve conflicts
- 🏗️ Technical leadership:
- Participate in architecture design and make key technical decisions
- Justify and defend architectural approaches to the team and stakeholders
- Work on system performance: identify and eliminate bottlenecks
- Manage technical debt and development quality
☑️ Our requirements for candidates
- People management: 2+ years of experience in managing and developing a development team (mandatory)
- Established team processes: 1:1s, performance reviews, employee development. Ability to motivate and retain engineers
- Experience in architecture design and making technical decisions
- Experience with high-load and fault-tolerant systems (highload)
- Bonus points:
- Golang, Python, FastAPI
- REST API development
- Building microservice architecture
- Optimizing highload projects
