Requirements
Deep experience in commercial platform Android development (Kotlin, Jetpack, modern architectures) - from 3 years;
Team management experience of 2+ years;
Excellent knowledge of Kotlin and Android SDK (Android 7.0+);
Experience in a good engineering culture - you know how to assess employee and team effectiveness;
Product-oriented approach - you follow product metrics and understand why this is necessary in a platform team.
