What you bring:
- 6+ years of commercial Android development, expert-level Kotlin.
- Coroutines/Flow, Jetpack Compose, Clean Architecture, MVI/MVVM.
- Experience with CI/CD, feature flags, and large-scale A/B experiments.
- Hands-on experience leading engineers or managing a small team.
- English at B2 or higher for global meetings and collaboration with partner teams.
- Backend and/or iOS experience is a strong plus.
