Android Engineer — Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, MVVM/MVI — 2+ years of commercial Android development
Backend Engineer (Go) — Go, PostgreSQL, gRPC/REST, Kafka, microservices — 3+ years of commercial Go development
How we work: → We work with Scrum, but without fanaticism → Quality is important to us, but we don't expect perfect solutions from the first try — it's more important to learn and move forward → The product operates in very diverse markets — what works in Cairo doesn't always work in Jakarta, and this is part of the challenge → inDrive operates in 40+ countries
