We are looking for an experienced Team Lead PHP who not only possesses deep knowledge in development and architecture but also has effective team management skills.
What we expect from the candidate:
Leadership and team management:
- Resource planning for the team, including hiring, onboarding, and employee development;
- Ability to lead a team of developers, including task delegation, mentorship, and maintaining high team motivation;
- Experience in building effective communication processes and constructive feedback within the team.
Technical expertise:
- Advanced knowledge of OOP, PHP, MySQL;
- Experience with Symfony or other well-known PHP frameworks;
- Experience with Docker;
- Deep knowledge of design patterns and their application for creating a scalable, maintainable codebase.
Architectural thinking:
- Ability to design and evolve high-quality software solution architecture, considering current and future business and user needs;
- Proactiveness in improving current workflows;
- Implementation of best practices for ensuring high code quality and compliance with modern development standards.
Additional qualifications:
- Experience working on highload projects and understanding the specifics of designing for high-load systems;
- Desire and ability to develop quality services with a well-thought-out architecture.
