Webbankir is one of the leading fintech companies in the Russian online lending market. We continue to actively develop our technological platform and are looking for a CTO who will lead the development of the corporate IT landscape and become a key driver of the company's technological changes.

Role Objective

Ensure the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of the company's IT platform, create a comfortable technological environment for product teams, and implement key initiatives for the development of infrastructure, architecture, and internal services.

Responsibilities:

— Manage the IT function through functional leaders.

— Develop internal platform services and improve the quality of provided IT services.

— Manage architectural transformation, including decomposition of monolithic systems and development of service architecture.

— Ensure transparency of architectural decisions and the quality of technical documentation.

— Develop practices for reliability, monitoring, and fault tolerance of services.

— Coordinate interaction between infrastructure, security, and product teams.

— Identify and eliminate technological and organizational limitations affecting business development speed.

— Participate in the development of managers and engineering teams.

We expect:

— Experience as CIO, CTO, Head of IT, or head of a large IT function.

— Successful experience in IT landscape transformation and architecture modernization.

— Hands-on experience with high-load systems and modern architectural approaches.

— Understanding of microservice architecture principles and monolithic system decomposition processes.

— Experience managing managers and strong technical teams.

— Developed communication, change management, and business interaction skills.
