International FinTech company with its own CRM system is looking for a Technical Director with experience in administering and developing complex CRM solutions, understanding of payment integrations and international markets.
This position is for someone who knows how to build processes, manage a distributed team, and ensure the uninterrupted operation of services without excessive "leadership ego".
Responsibilities:
- Administration and development of a custom CRM: architecture management, ensuring system stability, performance, and scalability for business growth.
- Payment integrations: connection and support of integrations with banks, payment services (PSP), and processors. Transaction routing setup.
- Security and compliance: ensuring compliance with PCI-DSS, GDPR, and local financial regulator standards. Participation in audits.
- Team and process management: building the work of distributed engineering teams (development, testing, administration, DevOps). Implementation of regulations, code reviews, CI/CD.
- Cross-functional interaction: collaboration with management, product, sales, and compliance departments to translate business tasks (client verification flows, scoring, payment routing) into technical requirements for the CRM.
- Budgeting and vendor management: managing cloud infrastructure costs, selecting suppliers, negotiation.
Requirements:
- Higher education in "Applied Mathematics and Informatics", "Software Engineering", "Computer Science", or "Information Security".
- At least 5 years of experience leading technical teams (CTO, Head of Backend, VP of Engineering) in FinTech, banking, or high-load services.
- Practical experience with custom CRM systems (not out-of-the-box solutions): from architecture to operation for 500+ internal users.
- Experience integrating payment solutions: connecting banks, payment gateways, setting up transaction routing.
- Understanding of the specifics of international markets (Europe, Latin America, Southeast Asia) — differences in payment methods and regulations.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization.
- Knowledge of FinTech compliance requirements: data localization, audit logs, role-based access control, two-factor authentication.
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
