CTO / Head of Engineering (FinTech)

Location: Remote (Spain, Portugal, Serbia, Armenia, Georgia preferred) → relocation to London in the future

Salary: €7,000–12,000/month + Equity

Kanzum is building the infrastructure for international business payments.

We help companies move money globally through local payment rails, virtual accounts, FX and treasury infrastructure. Our clients operate across Africa, MENA, Europe and Asia, and we are building financial infrastructure that removes friction from international commerce.

We're now entering the next stage of growth. To get there, we need to bring engineering fully in-house and build a world-class product organization.

Technical Leadership

Define and own the technical vision of the platform
Lead architecture decisions across the entire system
Improve scalability, reliability and maintainability

Engineering Organization

Build and lead the internal engineering team
Hire senior engineers through your own network and active recruiting
Create a strong engineering culture focused on ownership and execution

Product Partnership

Work closely with Founder and Product to prioritize initiatives
Translate customer needs into technical solutions
Balance speed with technical excellence
Help shape product strategy through technical insight
