- the team already has strong engineers and QA — now they are looking for a technical product leader who will strengthen the team and help scale the platform quickly, safely, and with high quality.

We are not looking for a management-only CTO. We need a strong hands-on technical leader who will define the product architecture, make key technical decisions, raise engineering standards, and, if necessary, dive deep into code, infrastructure, and complex production tasks.
What you will do:
- Develop the platform architecture and define the long-term technical strategy;
- Design scalable and reliable solutions for payroll, payments, external integrations, and working with sensitive financial data;
- Assess the current system state, manage technical debt, and engage in complex engineering and production tasks;
- Set a high technical bar for the team: form engineering standards and improve development quality;
- Develop platform security and build processes for incident management, disaster recovery, and business continuity;
- Integrate AI into development, testing, and code review, and automate engineering and QA processes.
What we value in a candidate:
- 10+ years of strong hands-on experience in architecture design and technical leadership of complex products;
- Experience building or scaling fintech, payments, banking, payroll, or other high-load transactional systems;
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, infrastructure, security, and building reliable services;
- Ability to conduct deep code reviews and resolve complex production incidents;
- Practical experience using AI at all stages of development — from design to automation;
- Strong product mindset and ability to connect technical solutions with business goals.
