Our services handle 800 thousand transactions and a billion rubles per month. We are leaders in the digital goods market in the CIS with 10+ enterprise clients.
We are looking for a CTO who will take responsibility for the architecture, engineering team, service resilience, maintainability, security, and speed of onboarding new partners
TASKS
- Formulate the product's technical strategy: architecture, integrations, roadmap.
- Design a B2B platform for working with digital goods.
- Build reliable integrations (suppliers, providers, partners).
- Make architectural decisions and control technical debt.
- Develop the engineering team, implement engineering practices.
- Ensure operational reliability.
- Be responsible for platform security.
- Develop Service Operations: SLA, L2/L3 support..
- Consider unit economics and participate in product strategy.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience as CTO / Head of Engineering / Architect with responsibility for production and team.
- Experience in creating/developing B2B SaaS, marketplace, e-commerce, or payment platforms.
- Ability to design fault-tolerant backend systems with data correctness and consistency.
- Experience in building microservice architecture and API design.
- Experience with clouds, containerization, and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices: IAM, secrets management, API security.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and data design for transactional systems.
- Ability to hire and develop strong engineers.
- Ability to communicate with the business in terms of money, risks, and deadlines.
- Willingness to work hands-on on key technical issues.
