Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

📍 at a progressive Fintech company (Private Banking) based in Dubai

In this role, you will: • Manage the company's technological processes; • Scale distributed teams; • Lead the full development cycle (Engineering leadership); • Lead the full software delivery and quality cycle (Delivery & quality); • Manage technical support for certification and compliance procedures; • Lead internal infrastructure and security; • Manage technology costs and assets.

Technology Stack: • Languages and Frameworks: Java, Spring Boot, Quarkus. • Databases and Analytics: PostgreSQL, ClickHouse. • API and Integration: REST, GraphQL (Hasura), Apache Kafka. • Identity and Access: OIDC / OAuth 2.0, corporate SSO. • Cloud and Infrastructure: AWS (EKS, CloudFront, ALB), Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform / IaC. • Quality and Observability: CI/CD pipelines, SonarQube, automated testing, Prometheus / Grafana.

We would be happy to meet you if you have: • Successful experience managing distributed development teams in fintech; • Successful experience in resource planning and building transparent organizational structures; • Deep understanding of SDLC and modern development practices; • Practical experience in supporting certification procedures (PCI DSS or similar security and compliance standards); • Experience in building internal corporate infrastructure (SSO/IAM, endpoint protection); • Experience managing an IT budget; • English language – C1.
