Deputy Head of International Settlements

Friends, a super tasty fintech vacancy – "Deputy Head of International Settlements" (Moscow)

We are looking for a manager who will help build a modern international settlements service model and scale the function in a fast-growing fintech holding.

This is not purely an operational role. We are looking for someone who can develop the international payments service as a full-fledged product: understand business needs, design client scenarios, build partner infrastructure, improve settlement reliability, and create new opportunities for company scaling.

What you will do: • Develop the international settlements product for internal and external company clients. • Formulate the product strategy for the international payments service. • Design new client scenarios for conducting settlements. • Search for new payment routes, partner banks, and international solutions. • Develop the network of correspondent banks and payment providers. • Together with the product, IT, and compliance teams, launch new international settlement capabilities. • Balance client experience, regulator requirements, sanctions restrictions, and product economics. • Define the product development roadmap. • Analyze service efficiency, SLAs, service quality, and growth points. • Lead the team for the department.
