💻 Head of International Payments

The role is at the intersection of COO, product owner, and "architect". It is, in fact, an internal startup, the team is small, hence this mix. We need a person who will build a platform for international payments from scratch and prepare it for scaling. Processes, SLA, partner network, KYC/AML matrix, compliance, implementation of new features and technologies, automation, all of that.

Experience requirements: we need a person who has solved similar problems at the scale of fintech startups and scale-ups, PSPs, etc., has a good understanding of the architecture and infrastructure of international payments, the current context, and regulatory requirements. Roles can be varied, but the most suitable candidates would be from positions of heads/leads of payment departments, product owners/project managers, COOs.
