In Sber, Executive Director (banking services) is required in South Asian countries.
Responsibilities:
- Creation, expansion, and scaling of banking services infrastructure in South Asian countries;
- Building strategic partnerships, organizing negotiations with international banks, regulatory bodies, and government institutions;
- Coordination of regulatory analysis, development, and approval of country-specific solutions with bank divisions, including conducting pilot banking operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree (preferably in Finance);
- 10+ years of experience in international settlement departments in banks (experience in Asia and Africa is preferred);
- 5+ years of experience in management positions;
- Deep knowledge: SWIFT, UCP600, FX regulations, KYC/AML, and correspondent banking relations;
- Practical experience in launching international banking services in new jurisdictions and conducting high-level negotiations with regulators, government bodies, and banks;
- English language proficiency: C1/C2 level;
- Ability to use Artificial Intelligence (AI) in daily work.
