Cross-Border Payments Manager / Nota Group Remote

Nota Group is a group of companies at the intersection of private banking, neo-banking, and financial infrastructure. Specialization: building efficient infrastructure for cross-border movement of funds, including cross-border payments, FX operations, and the architecture of payment solutions.

We are looking for a manager to design and support complex payment solutions in an international environment — from route selection to controlling transaction execution at all stages.

Candidate requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in fintech, payments, banking, or international settlements
• Understanding of payment infrastructure: SWIFT, SEPA, correspondent banking schemes, local payment rails
• Experience with complex cases: routing, optimizing speed/cost/reliability
• Knowledge of AML/KYC/KYB in an operational context
• Systems thinking, attention to detail, ability to make decisions in a multi-component environment
• Russian — fluent, English from B2

What you will be doing:

• Designing payment solutions for client tasks (route, execution model, infrastructure)
• Supporting a transaction from start to finish: client communication, team coordination, status control
• Working with non-standard scenarios and optimizing payment processes
• Participating in the development of the company's payment infrastructure
