🚀 International Payments Specialist

📍Location: Moscow or Kazan only ❗️Work Format: Primarily office-based

The company provides international payments for large businesses in 62 countries worldwide. During this time, over 500,000 transactions have been processed for 55,000 clients. Today, the team consists of over 100 specialists, and the company continues to grow actively.

Who We Are Looking For A specialist who understands international payments from the inside, knows how to build communication with banks and partners, and wants to develop in the international fintech sector.

🔧 Responsibilities • Developing international partnerships and conducting Zoom meetings with partners • Accompanying international transfers and financial operations • Analyzing transaction statuses, reasons for delays, and returns • Monitoring payments in terms of sanctions and compliance risks • Interacting with correspondent banks and payment providers • Conducting payment investigations and case support • Onboarding clients to banking and payment infrastructure • Assisting with account opening and document preparation • Financial reporting and analytics

🔎 Requirements • Experience with international transfers, banks, or payment systems • Understanding of SWIFT, MT messages, and international payment processes • Experience in analyzing payment routes and investigating transactions • Understanding of AML/KYC and compliance procedures • English for independent correspondence and communication • Attention to detail and analytical thinking

➕ Will be a plus • Experience in fintech / payment provider / crypto payments / international banking
