"Platezhnye Resheniya" is an IT and fintech company with an international infrastructure and a license in Kyrgyzstan, specializing in:
- Buying and selling USDT for rubles via SBP (Faster Payments System)
- International non-cash payments
- Support for foreign economic activity (FEA) deals
- Building payment and acquiring infrastructure for legal entities worldwide
- The company is actively scaling its crypto processing, OTC, international payments, and foreign economic activity divisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic management of the company
- Formation and implementation of business development strategy.
- Scaling the company's fintech and crypto divisions
- Developing international settlement infrastructure
- Identifying new markets, jurisdictions, and partnerships
- Developing new products for corporate clients
Development of the Non-Cash Payments Sector:
- Building a new international non-cash transaction division for Russian legal entities
- Organizing the infrastructure for international settlements and FEA support
- Forming the business model for the division
- Developing schemes for international payments and deal support
- Scaling the client base and turnover of the division
OTC / Crypto / Payment Operations:
- Monitoring operations for buying and selling USDT for rubles via SBP
- Managing liquidity and payment flows
- Overseeing the operation of payment infrastructure and partner channels
- Minimizing operational, banking, and regulatory risks
- Developing automation for OTC and payment processing processes
Foreign Economic Activity (FEA) and International Trade:
- Structuring export-import deals
- Controlling document flow and FEA support
- Interacting with logistics and customs partners
- Ensuring compliance with currency and tax legislation
- Developing effective international operating schemes
Team Management:
- Building and developing the C-level and operational team
- Hiring and training employees
- Establishing an effective organizational structure
- Developing KPIs and motivation systems
- Coordinating the work of departments: operations, finance, legal, compliance, logistics, sales, product
Finance and Efficiency:
- Managing the company's and divisions' P&L
- Controlling profitability and unit economics
- Forming financial models and reporting systems
- Monitoring the performance of departmental plans
- Preparing reports for the Board of Directors
Partnerships and Business Development:
- Negotiating with major clients, banks, and suppliers
- Developing an international partner network
- Representing the company at exhibitions, forums, and conferences
- Identifying new opportunities for business scaling
Role Functions:
- Building international fintech and trade infrastructure
- Launching new business areas "from scratch"
- Managing international settlements and OTC operations
- Developing schemes for international trade and payments
- Optimizing tax and operational models
- Risk management and compliance
- Implementing IT solutions and process automation
- Developing an international network of partners and clients
- Monitoring key financial and operational business metrics
Requirements:
Mandatory:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as CEO / Managing Director / Head of Operations / Director
- Experience in fintech, crypto, FEA, international payments, or high-risk finance
- Deep understanding of the Russian tax system
- Practical experience in supporting and structuring FEA deals
- Understanding of international settlements, currency control, and compliance
- Experience with OTC / crypto processing / SBP / P2P
- Experience in building teams and scaling businesses
- Strategic and operational management skills
- Experience in negotiating with major clients and partners
- Fluent oral and written communication skills
- English language proficiency
Will be an advantage:
- Experience with crypto licenses and international jurisdictions
- Experience in logistics companies
- Experience interacting with customs authorities
- Experience as a customs broker
- Knowledge of professional software for FEA accounting
