Requirements: — Over 6 years of experience in product management, preferably in crypto, fintech, or international SaaS. — Proven experience in growing a product in the international market — ideally, if you have built something from scratch or worked with industry leaders. — Experience managing cross-functional teams of 10+ people. — Ability to work in conditions of uncertainty and make decisions without a complete set of data. — Experience working with stakeholders and communication at the founder level.
