🚀 Seeking a CEO for an international FinTech / Crypto group

We are looking for a CEO to take full P&L and operational management of the entire group and become a key person in business development.

The group has an international structure, about 100 employees, as well as EMI and MiCA licenses in Luxembourg.

What you will do — be responsible for strategy, consolidated P&L, Revenue, and EBITDA; — fully take over the day-to-day management of the group and free up the Founder from operations; — manage General Managers and the senior executive team; — scale the existing business and launch new directions; — find new high-margin business opportunities; — build a scalable management system, financial control, and accountability.

Who we are looking for — 5+ years at CEO level with full P&L responsibility. — Experience in FinTech / Payments / Crypto / E-money / Financial Infrastructure is mandatory

Important: — management of multiple business lines and international structures; — experience working in a regulated business; — launch of new products / business lines; — strong financial and commercial expertise; — understanding of technology / product business; — fluent English.
