CFO

Seeking a CFO for a FinTech Holding

We are looking for a CFO for a FinTech holding with strong experience in the payment business, who deeply understands the payment business, the holding structure, and cash flow on the international market.

Experience with crypto is mandatory

Responsibilities will include:

• financial strategy and economic planning;
• analysis of business models and financial efficiency of business lines;
• optimization of the holding's financial system;
• design and development of the group's financial structure;
• building effective cash flow schemes between companies and jurisdictions;
• reduction of financial, operational, and regulatory risks;
• management of financial risks and protection of cash flows;
• participation in key decisions regarding business structure and development.

Currently, there is a department of 5 people handling operational matters.
