🌍 About the Company and Product An international fintech company building infrastructure for free and secure money management: licensed currency exchange, payment infrastructure (acquiring and payments), and its own wallet.

Today, the company holds a strong position in one of the key Southeast Asian markets and is moving to the next stage of development: scaling business units, developing office networks, and entering new markets in the region.

We are looking for a COO who will take charge of the business units and act as a link between strategy and execution.

🔧 Responsibilities • Oversee the company's business units: goals, metrics, and operational results • Synchronize the work of currency exchange, payment service, wallet, and office network • Translate CEO's strategy into operational plans and ensure their execution • Build and scale the company's operational system • Work with the CTO as an internal client for product and technologies • Manage the operational activities of the office network • Implement and monitor KPIs for teams and business units • Lead key cross-functional projects and launches • Prepare the operational base for entering new Southeast Asian markets • Ensure support for licensing, compliance, and interaction with regulators • Manage the operational budget and resource efficiency • Implement automation and operations management tools

🔎 Requirements • Experience in fintech, payments, acquiring, banking, neobanking, crypto, or processing • Experience in operational management of business units (P&L, KPIs, metrics) • Experience in building or scaling an operational system • Strong process and project management skills • Experience managing cross-functional teams and leaders • Fluent English for daily communication • Systems thinking and autonomy

➕ Will be a plus • Experience working in Southeast Asian markets • Experience interacting with licensed financial institutions and regulators
