Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic management of the company
• Formation and implementation of business development strategy
• Scaling the company's fintech and crypto segments
• Development of international settlement infrastructure
• Identification of new markets, jurisdictions, and partnerships
• Development of new products for corporate clients

Development of the non-cash payment sector:

• Building a new international non-cash transaction segment for Russian legal entities
• Organizing the infrastructure for international settlements and foreign trade support (VED)
• Forming the business model for the segment
• Developing schemes for international payments and transaction support
• Scaling the client base and turnover of the segment

OTC / Crypto / Payment Operations:

• Control of USDT purchase and sale operations for rubles via SBP
• Management of liquidity and payment flows
• Monitoring of payment infrastructure and partner channels
• Minimization of operational, banking, and regulatory risks
• Development of automation for OTC and payment processing

Foreign Trade (VED) and International Trade:

• Structuring of export-import transactions
• Control of document flow and VED support
• Interaction with logistics and customs partners
• Ensuring compliance with currency and tax legislation
• Development of effective international operating schemes

Team Management:

• Formation and development of C-level and operational teams
• Hiring and training employees
• Building an effective organizational structure
• Developing KPIs and motivation systems
• Coordinating the work of departments: operations, finance, legal, compliance, logistics, sales, product

Finance and Efficiency:

• Management of company and segment P&L
• Control of profitability and unit economics
• Formation of financial models and reporting systems
• Monitoring the achievement of departmental plans
• Preparation of reports for the Board of Directors

Partnerships and Business Development:

• Conducting negotiations with major clients, banks, and suppliers
• Developing an international partner network
• Representing the company at exhibitions, forums, and conferences

Requirements:

Mandatory:

• CEO / Managing Director / Head of Operations / Director experience of 5+ years
• Experience in fintech, crypto, foreign trade (VED), international payments, or high-risk finance
• Deep understanding of the Russian tax system
• Practical experience in supporting and structuring foreign trade transactions (VED)
• Understanding of international settlements, currency control, and compliance
• Experience with OTC / crypto processing / SBP / p2p
• Experience in team building and business scaling
• Strategic and operational management skills
• Experience in negotiating with major clients and partners
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• English proficiency
