Team Lead Cross-Border Payments Required

About the Company Nota Group is an international fintech company. Building payment infrastructure for cross-border settlements, private banking, and neo-banking.

▪️Responsibilities: ▫️Manage a team of Cross-Border Managers ▫️Distribute deals, conduct weekly/daily meetings ▫️Resolve complex and escalated payment cases ▫️Control the quality, deadlines, and risks of operations ▫️Establish payment regulations and processes ▫️Work with banks, providers, and EMIs ▫️Maintain CRM, track metrics (speed, errors, conversion)

▪️Candidate Requirements: ▫️Experience of 4+ years in cross-border payments / fintech / banking / FX ▫️Team management experience of 2+ years (team lead / mentor) ▫️Knowledge of SWIFT, SEPA, correspondent accounts, AML/KYC/KYB ▫️Analytical and structured thinking skills ▫️Russian, English B2+

▪️Plus: ▫️Remote team experience ▫️B2B cross-border, treasury, FX ▫️CRM implementation, automation ▫️Working with legal and accounting departments
