The Moscow Exchange is looking for a Head of Payment Services Development Department.
Responsibilities:
- Generation, development, and monetization of profitable banking products in the areas of: settlement products, SBP, B2B/B2C/C2B, PSBR, SPFS.
- Researching client needs (B2B and B2C), market and competitor analysis.
- Forming business requirements, technical specifications, and KPIs for products.
- Coordinating development with IT teams: from architecture design to testing and launch.
- Launching products to market, providing marketing support and promotion.
- Analyzing metrics (activity, conversion, profitability, retention), identifying growth areas, and optimizing products.
- Planning: defining goals, scope, deadlines, resources, budget, and critical paths.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Risk management: identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating potential project threats.
- Budget and deadline control: ensuring plan adherence without compromising quality.
- Documentation management: technical specifications, protocols, reports, regulations, checklists.
- Organizing and conducting meetings: daily stand-ups, sprints, retrospectives, presentations for management.
- Stakeholder management.
Requirements:
- Product owner experience in a bank or large financial organization for at least 3 years.
- Experience in administrative management of a department.
- Deep understanding of payment systems: SBP, settlement products, B2B/B2C payments, PSBR, SPFS.
- Experience conducting CustDev research, analyzing and identifying new client segments.
- Successful experience managing complex projects from idea to launch (at least 3 full cycles).
- Proficiency with project management tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Trello, Notion, etc. Understanding of IT processes: Agile/Scrum, DevOps, API, integrations, testing. Experience with regulatory requirements (Central Bank of the Russian Federation, FZ-161, FZ-115, etc.) is a plus.
