We are looking for a Payments Director who will lead the development of the payment direction in Kazakhstan, become a key partner for banks and payment organizations, and determine how our payment ecosystem will evolve. This role is for someone who knows the Kazakhstan market well, understands how payments work internally, knows how to build relationships with banks, PSPs, and regulators, and wants to influence not only operational processes but also business strategy.

What will be in the scope of responsibility: • development of the payment business in Kazakhstan; • launch of new payment products and services; • building and developing partnerships with banks, payment systems, and PSPs; • searching for new opportunities to grow and improve the efficiency of the payment infrastructure; • managing commercial negotiations;

We will be happy to meet you if you have: ✔ experience in the payment industry; ✔ a deep understanding of card payments, acquiring, processing, and payment infrastructure; ✔ successful experience in developing partnerships with banks in Kazakhstan; ✔ strategic thinking and a desire to create, not just maintain, existing processes.
