Product / Project Manager (Payments & Processing)
The Product / Project Manager is responsible for the development of payment products and processing infrastructure, as well as for the implementation of projects in the payment sphere.
In this role, you will work at the intersection of business, product, IT, international and local payment systems, and external vendors: from forming requirements and launching new solutions to migrations, integrations, and further development of the payment infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects for the implementation and development of payment products and processing infrastructure.
- Manage full-cycle projects: from forming business requirements and preparing technical specifications to testing, launching, and further development of the solution.
- Coordinate interaction with Visa, Mastercard, Humo, and Uzcard on product, technical, integration, and compliance issues.
- Manage integrations and migration projects within the payment infrastructure.
- Interact with IT, Product, Risk, Compliance, and other internal teams to implement projects.
- Manage external vendors and suppliers: participate in solution selection, tenders, terms negotiation, control SLAs and fulfillment of obligations.
- Analyze tariffs, commissions, and terms of payment systems, identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Prepare project documentation, schedules, status reports, and analytics for management.
- Manage risks, deadlines, and dependencies within projects.
- Participate in the development of payment solutions and infrastructure, considering market, payment system, and regulator requirements.
